I have never heard of the Mederma scar cream but I have found Zenmed to be great, its about the same price but at least it works!! worth every penny then!

I've wanted to buy this as well, but didn't because of the price. When I previously went to the dermatologist she said that really - the only way to truly get rid of acne scars are professional facial peels.


You could try poly/neosporin cremes that are cheaper, I've found that they do work but take a lot more time.
