E45 cream on acne scars?

good or bad?E45 cream on acne scars?
Well I suppose its good that you are trying to do something about it... BUT.. it is bad to use e45.

For a start, it's just a moisturiser.. i mean sure, daily over a very long period of time, you will see them fade, but moisturisers are generally designed to just moisturise the skin. Also, e45 isnt good for the face. Its too rich, so I would buy a facial moisturiser in future.

For acne scars you need to get better stuff. Things like cocoa butter and bio oil are great for fading scars. Regular exfoliating gets rid of dead surface skin cells so try that a few times a week to help promote the fading. If you want to go one step further, you can try microdermabrasion (which is a more intense form of exfoliating). You can get it done professionally for a reasonable cost or you can buy a home kit which isn't as powerful but still works and this should definitely help a lot.

E45 won't make any difference.

I have heard of this oil from the Andes called Rosa Mosqueta oil which is supposed to beused after surgery even to heal the scars. It was featured in the Mail on Sunday %26amp; Sunday Times But I donot know whether it'd work for acne scras. Anyways, this is the website that sells it:

If you want to try microdabrasion, there's a new easy way to do this. It's done using a stick cream by BLINC which is done by rolling the stick cream around your skin. But they advise not to use it on Pustular acne. It is available in some shops such as Harvey Nichols but you can order it direct from their website:

it is called resurf.a.stic鈩?br>

Tip: if you email them %26amp; tell them you're thinking about buying it %26amp; wanted to know for example whether it'd get rid of acne scras, they'll tell you %26amp; also might give you a discount voucher.
no difference at all! in fact you are making your face slightly greasier so that you are rubbing your natural oils (that causes spots) into the e45 cream toxins! not a good idea! why dont you steam your face, which is when you pour boiling hot water into a bowl and your face near the water for 10min a day and cover any air trying to get in. this gets rid of dirt and allows new skin to cover the scars! x
try bio oil

i am :D

..but i never had acne.

just scars.
not sure , bio - oil = good x
