you can ask your doctor. i cant remember what its called. but my sister suffered of cystic acne, which left her scars. she's taking a pill which cleared her cysts, and some of her scars, though most of her deep scars will stay.

It depends on what type of scars they are. But usually, vinegar and tea tree oil together work well. Just be patient and dont mess with em. Use concealer if you cant wait.
Use a scalple.
If you have oily skin, wash daily, exfoliate gently weekly.
If you have dry skin, moisturise (when you scratch your face you break skin and pimples happen, my doctor told me this).
Cleaning daily is important, but also drink plenty of water as it nourishes your skin.
